1966 Ford Mustang (Mustang not mine).
I've tried a variety of computer chairs but this one is my favorite.. a 1966 Ford Mustang drivers seat which I bought for $7 and mounted on an office chair swivel base (Yes it spins easily at 20 rpm).
And best of all it has a seat belt for when I get far too excited flying jets using Flight Simulator or while reading your blogs. And tilted all the way back (Heated foot rest) it leaves a nice spot for Tuna the cat to curl up and purr while I compute. It (the base) has many foot powered miles on it and has been repaired and welded a few times. The chair has had several new seat covers put on it over the years.
The whole chair tilts way back and I have a floating wireless keyboard which is suspended at just the right place..And I can still easily reach the phone, my coffee, or cold drink from the small elec cooler, and snacks from the shelf with a variety of treats. Also handy are several remotes for the TVs, VCR, DVD, 5 speaker Stereo sound-surround with sub-woofer, and the 10 remote control Chicken cams. The computer monitors, (22" and 19" LCD and laptop) and the CCTV monitors, and 2 TV's, printers, scanners, and switches for the remote pan/tilt cams are arrayed much like NASA Mission control at a "U" shaped desk.
It is SOOOOoooooo Comfortable I could sit there for days if it wasn't for the occasional need for, um exercise. What does your Chicken sit on?
