Except when she sings OPERA....... .and SOOooooo loud and enthusiastically.
This is Truffles, a 3 year old Polish Buff Lace, singing "La Traviata", by Verdi (Her favorite).
At Stop signs, people stare and ask... "Why does she sing off-key so badly?".... but then sometimes people applaud and cry out "Bravo... Bravo...., Encore".

Whether she sings off key, or croaks it out, she looks like she is having some fun and she likes the sound of he voice.
ReplyDeleteIs she the same breed as Schmoo? Do you still have Schmoo? You know I wrote an ode to Schmoo. It's in the right rail of my blog.
Mistress - Croaks it out is the right description... She sounds like she's becoming roadkill.
ReplyDeleteShmoo is a 2 yr old "Silkie", both breeds have a "Hat" on but totally different feathers. Truffles is so people-oriented, she is a pest. A 3 yr old boy was here and picked her up with wings and feet poking in all directions, she didn't care, she just kept singing opera.
singing or yapping
ReplyDeleteLove the pic.
